### Lease to Own (LTO) Fees

**Transaction Fee:** The standard transaction fee is divided evenly across your initial downpayment and monthly installments.

**Installment Management Fee:** 0.01% of the total transaction value or $25 per month, whichever is greater, charged each month for the duration of the plan.

## How It Works

   Choose your role (Buyer, Seller, or Broker), enter the domain name, and set the selling price.

2. **Set Payment Terms & Invite**  
   Define the payment structure—one-time or installments—and decide who covers the fees.

3. **Review, Edit & Confirm**  
   Both parties review and confirm terms. AtomPay generates a secure purchase link for the buyer.

4. **Buyer Makes Payment**  
   The buyer pays through AtomPay's secure checkout. Funds are held safely until transfer.

5. **Domain Transfer**  
   Our team works with the seller to complete the transfer using standard registrar steps.

6. **Track & Complete**  
   Both parties follow progress in the dashboard. AtomPay releases funds when buyer confirms receipt.
